Basic Service (Unlimited drinks for 50 people)

Our mobile coffee cart serves up to 50 guests over two hours with unlimited, expertly crafted espresso drinks, including espresso, americanos, lattes, specialty lattes, and iced coffees. A rotating menu of seasonal syrups can be thoughtfully customized to reflect your event, creating a refined and memorable coffee experience.

Intermediate Service (Unlimited drinks for 100 people)

$900 (Additional hour $150)

Designed for larger gatherings, we accommodate up to 100 guests within a two-hour service window, providing continuous service of handcrafted espresso beverages and cold coffee selections.

Advanced Service (Unlimited drinks for 150 people)

$1050 (Additional hour $175)

For events of up to 150 guests, our mobile coffee cart delivers two hours of high-volume service with an open offering of espresso-forward drinks and chilled coffee options.

  • Ideally, 10 days prior to the event. BUT…we don’t mind accomodating shorter notice. Please contact us for any additional questions.

  • We can service almost any event as long as we have space and power to operate. Examples are weddings, birthdays, conferences, showers, open houses, farmers markets, anything you can think of who would like a professional espresso bar.

  • We can customize signage, menus and drinks. We would have a consultation prior to this.

  • We want to work with you, we generally take a 50% non-refundable deposit since we secure all dates. The full balance will be due 10 days prior to the event date. Contact us for cancellations, rescheduling, etc…we understand things come up.
